From the North: Take New York State Thruway South to Exit 17 (Newburgh). After toll booth follow signs to Route I-84. Take Route I-84 West to Exit 3 W (Middletown). (Do not take Exit 4 Middletown.) After exiting make right turn onto Route 17 M West to the SECOND traffic light. Turn left at traffic light. Make right at traffic light onto Wawayanda Ave. The National Shrine is 1/2 mile on the left (between the two small lakes). Make first left onto Carmelite Drive. |
